haha we have our mercy flight pilot in my city that drives his Vette all year round.. he just puts bad ass winter tires on it and has no problems... i live in NY state and we get some good snow too

He isn't actually bottomed out. It appears there is ice under the snow. I take my Z06 skiing all the time and the only time I have issues is when there is ice underneath. (obviously I would leave before the snow got more than 4 inches deep.) I think he could drive in twice that ammount of snow. He just needs to let the air out of the rear tires and let it idle and he would have been fine.
I am not sure how wide his rear tires are, but I have a Z06 and they don't make snow/all-season tires that are wide enough to fit the wheels.
