you can actually download mods for ps2 for this game by installing a mod chip into the setup. i have researched that its the only way to mod for san andreas for ps2 but they cost alot. also u must download the mods into the chip then install the chip into your ps2 hardrive. hope it helps.

almost right, I am 13, u can't mod it like PC! u can find 1 or 2 PS2 mod videos, but only gravity mods! I don't know how to change skin cuz the files are different than on PC.

well, first u have to made ur PS2 to play burned/downloaded games. then copy PS2 gta sa version to computer. then u can see the files, but they are different than on PC and xbox. so u can add only like gravity mod or something.
