a c6 zo6 can do 195 but that old one definately cant it looked like a c4 or c5

Yeah, 165mph might have been his top speed - seems to be moving about twice as fast as the trucks. Which also co-incides with about what the cop cars are able to handle reliably.

Haha! Granted, the C4 is way behind today's handling standards. You really think the Evo or Supra could match today's Vette? Yes, the Evo is close to a standard C6, not a Z06. The Supra is nowhere close. Trust me, I've owned 3 Supras and they are way too heavy and unbalanced to handle as good as a Vette. The weight distribution is also very front heavy. Don't get me wrong, the Supra is a great car, has tremendous power potential, but the Vette is a much more well rounded performer.

American cars are usually built for Muscle, not control. The vette has too much power and not enough control.

American cars are 15 years behind the rest of the world. Absolute garbage. The best car manufactured in America is the Ford GT and thats an unreliable piece of crap compared to anything european.
