You need to learn to appreciate something for what it is. These machines are in two different categories yes but so what? A sick, fast car and a sick, fast bike.

I have owned a 2006 C6 Z06 in the past and I now own a 2007 Gsx1300r Hayabusa and it is safe to say that the Z06 was hella fast( 505 hp 7.0 liter v8 with a 0-60 time of 3.4s ), but the busa is a whole new definition of fast with a 2.4s 0-60 time.

OORAH! American muscle. Disregarding that a 'vette could easly b-slap a rice rocket (seeing as how a legal vette ran a 1/4 mile in6.07 seconds), take the race off the track and put it on a real road, the vette would easily win. WHY? cause when the bike tries to grip anything other than pure ashphalt (ex. dirt, debris, ect. that would be on any road) there going to crash.

Youve obviously never rode a superbike, no matter what engine you have in a corvette somthing like a hayabusa would piss all over it! You have to consider that even if you increase engine power etc... the aerodynamics and weight still remain a massive disadvantage.

If you are talking about the one that is about to come out, then yes they will be an even match. I am not sure how things are rated in Japan, but here in America, when cars are tested, they are normally UNDERATED for insurance reasons.
