the only lambo superior toa z06 is the lp... and its not very far ahead. the zr1 owns em all
if anyone could have made it, they would of done it a looooong time ago
FerrariEnzoChicago> Street legal? You do mean the FXX Evo which will you can only drive when Ferrari lets you and only on the tracks Ferrari chooses? Hell, you can't even keep it in your own garage. Ferrari takes it back after every track day.
beter yet what you said but instead use the zr-1
lets put both up against the new FXX Evo thats street illegal 0-60: 2- 2.9 seconds top speed:217 mph + for sure, PRICE: $2,351,000
Oh, and one more thing. The new Corvette ZR-1 that just came out, is WAY, WAY, FASTER!!!...I guess we're gonna piss-off more Europeans with this car!!...they don't like the fact that American sportscars are finally dominating their territory that they used to dominate in the past. Well, it is what it is, and if they can't handle it, it's just too bad!
I just feel so sorry for this guy Bane1313, LMAO!!!...there is no sense in arguing with him. He's just pissed off because our American made dream machine, the Corvette Z06, is faster than his overpriced, two-more-additional-cylinders Lambo!!...some people just can't handle this!!!...it amazes me that as soon as an American car smokes one of their overhyped European "supercars", they go on the defensive, trying to explain to the world why their car lost, and why the Z06 won. That's their problem!
Amen to that brutha!
SHALL NOT BE BEAT!! Is there anything out there worthy of racing a c6 ZO6. I think not. Corvettes kick ass!!
he bought a $200,000 car thinkin it could beat anything. he gets beat by a $75,000 corvette. dude corvettes kick so much ass. i have 2
No surprise there....
thats awesome
alrighty
Power vs engine weight is the true performance indicator as it helps the bhp/ton of the car! The LS7 and the M5 V10 produce similar horsepower. The LS7 is lighter though. The M5 engine is clever getting the power from a smaller displacement, but all the clever internal wizardry (more cams, VVT etc) adds weight unfortunately.
Bane> ~LOL~ Pardon. Look up "displacement". I'm not sure what "displacment" is. :)
Bane> Take out your Chinese-English dictionary and look up the word "displacment". Kay? Thanks.
the m5 engine is smaller, its like 5000cc
Bane> Correction: You meant to say, "The M5 engine has a smaller displacement than the LS7 and around the same HP".
no i was simply saying the m5 engine is smaller then the ls7, and has around the same hp
Bane> You said, "the only reason chevy got 500hp is because they took a v8"
Didn't you say the M5 V10 was better than the LS7 V8? And that V10 has two more cylinders than the LS7. And that V10 produces less HP than the LS7.
The way you think is confounding.
well french is my first language, but i think my english is better then my french.
and i understand that, but im just saying the only reason chevy got 500hp is because they took a V8 , im just trying to say chevy isnt good
smithy> Believe so.
Bane> The fact you seem absolutely focused on displacement as a measure of engine design ingenuity makes you bad.
Bane> English isn't your first language, is it? I can't exactly explain how you're not understanding my point unless your English comprehension is that of a non-native speaker.
Checking your profile, looks like I'm right.
A BIG DISPLACEMENT is very different from a BIG ENGINE. There are some engines which have small displacements but are quite large (any number of V12s). The LS7 is a very compact engine and smaller than many of the engines you mentioned previously.
Good old American Muscle... Love the LS series |
