7:15 for the Race version 7:18 for the Street

Ok, didn`t know about that GTR M3 to date. But there is not one single site that shows this 7:11 or 7:18 time for the car on the Nürburgring.

You have much to learn my dimwitted friend. There were two variations of the M3 GTR. One was a race car and the other was the street version. The Street version's N'ring time was a few seconds slower than the Race Version's time. BMW has already 'been there and done that'. They focus more today on a blend of luxury, refinement and performance. The ZR1 did hit a 7:22.4; but its still slower than the 7:18 Street Version M3GTR. Good progress, but not good enough yet.

And btw, you can`t get the M3 GTR from the factory. Z06 and ZR1 are both factory Corvettes such as an M6 is a factory tuned BMW.

LOL, what are you talking about??? Compare a Corvette C6-R race version against that M3 GTR, not a road legal vette.

That is a BMW M3 GTR, it`s a racing car and not even street legal. The fastest street legal M3 ever on the Nürburgring was the CSL with 7:50.

The z06 would have still won. I have a C6 and I can take a 360 (with paddle shift) no problem.

That guy cant drive a Ferrari F430 with F1 transmission. He is not smart or he is too scared cause he lets go of the throttle THEN he changes gear and thats why he is so slow. Your supposed to change gear while your foot is on the throttle and keep it like that dont let go if you wanna go fast. I know this how you people might ask? My dads got and F430 Spider F1..........

um...no such option as the manual tranny in the f430...they all come with the F1 style paddle shifters...which shift much faster than a human can manually change gears...how bout you leave the engineering up to ferrari and the guys that know what they're doing...the doofus just didnt gear down enough, plus that vette took off like it had some shit done to it
