I drive a 2000. it too kills japanese cars... german cars are a little tricky though. yea, I dont get why people think the vette is a lousy car. Nice to see someone other than me still has respect for em. I think its me media (movies and games mostly) that turned people away from muscle and toward shit tuners from japan.

with a motor platform that has outlasted the ages...silly europeans have to constantly redesign...and us American just go BIG displacement is where its at pay attention VETTE haters and the motors last 250,000 thousand miles even more when maintained properly and very inexpensive and easy to work on...Here is the USA, there are thousands of vettes on the road each day 20-30 years even 40 still rolling strong

i too drive an 02, and a 07 is way faster....actually my 02 kills just about every damn german/jap car the way it is STOCK....405 is all you need 506+ is just plain silly....An American invention and American 70K everything killer

this is probably the vettes greatest asset. the ability to be cruising at 100km and then just totally put the hammer down. can't wait for the supercharged 6.2 in the zr1.

Dear Luis135a hahaha man i own an 02 z06!!!!!!!!!did you see that, an 02...the 07s and up destroy my car. but yet my car rapes my friends 2003 m3. And my vette out handles his m3 when we go to tracks. Im sorry man but you do not have a clue to what you are saying. WHAT is a car, built by some home-tuners, tuned with 2 Turbos, that can only drive in a straight line against almost perfect figured-out car, that is built to be fast on the road AND on the track...corners, straight lines, ups and downs...wherever you go... Actually, i met a Golf 3 VR6 Turbo with about 350hp on the Nordschleife and beat him with a car that had less than 200hp...i was more than 45 seconds faster...

I wonder, that nobody has mentioned, that the NEW Corvette has just set a new record for serial street cars on the Nürburgring Nordschleife... And i also wonder, how somebody can be so dumb to compare a Bi-Turbo tuned car, that has just been built for the Quartermile with a car, that is stock. In fact, i remember, that all these "great" Bi-Turbo VW VR6 etc always have problems, because they're not durable and periodical have broken driveshafts, clutches and so on...

M3 can suck american dick the ZO6 has done amazing on the track and amazing things for race teams im tired of hearing how bad american cars are on the track the ZO6 does great stock and has alot more potential and they run about 65k base price if you turbo a ZO6 and turbo an M3 I feel sorry for the M3 its a rich boys car its a daddys car american muscle all the way

Okay thats great if you want to pay over 70K on a new ""Chevy"" which makes no sense when you can buy an M3 and turbo it and destroy the "Z06" Okay so the "Corvette" has faster 0-60 times and 1/4 times. But can it handel as well as any M3 can? Becasue we all know about the M3's wonderfull handeling will kill a silly American "Corvette" Face it Americans you people just like to go fast in a stragiht line the M3 is a hybrid of the too going fast on the drag strip then owning on the track.
