true. in calgary zo6's are a dime a dozen. yet, ive only ever seen 1 911. not even a turbo or 4s. just a base one.

ok, for those who say that viper its better in numbers, let me remind you the 100hp of diference. its not really fair. just wait for a comparisson between a viper and the new ZR1, and then the results will be very deferent.

Corvettes are pretty common cars. They're all over the road, unlike a 911 turbo where they only come out to play only on weekends. The only thing amazing about the corvette is the speed and handling, if that's what one is looking for, then I'd suggest a sports bike.

It's all about choice. Most owners of these cars will never come close to pushing these cars to the limit anyhow. There both great cars fast,great handling & good looking. At least this was a good Video showing what these cars can do at there limits. Except the 0 to 60! I thought the driver could have done a better job shifting to 2nd gear on both cars. The Viper he bounced off the rev limiter in 1st. And the vette was just a slow shift to 2nd.

for around 100k, I'd get a european car with a more refined interior. I recall the Z06s have fake carbon fiber panels in the interior..And I'm pretty sure an 100k euro car would turn a lot more heads than an american car.

the zo6 got the nod because its only a hiccup behind the Viper in overall performance but is also a more convenient daily driver, gives the better long distance commute for $14,000 less. In short you would be gettin more of an all around car for a better price

i would still take the viper even thought the vette won, because it is faster and beter looking. but don't get me wrong they are both very nice cars..

the corvette didnt win because of that..theres a huge 14k price difference between them..give me 91k and i will get a corvette Z06 and supercharge it.

I'm agree the Viper is the best

The Viper won every single performance test.. But the Z06 had more points because it had more luggage space and leg room. Honestly, who buys either of these cars for LUGGAGE SPACE??? The Viper outperformed the Vette in every single performance category, and thats what people would buy these cars for.
