When the current, fifth-generation 350Z was first introduced in 2003, its long 104.3-inch wheelbase was a subject of some controversy. Nissan had followed the lead of the Corvette C5 in adopting a long-wheelbase platform as a measure to enhance stability at ultra high speeds.

big Z fan here, not runnin to the dealership to trade in my 06 350 Z. the back end looks like way to plain with out a rear spoiler. very audi tt-ish

I think they should do like ford did to the Mustang. They should make it as close to the 240Z and put a nice big inline6 in it. Just make it rust proof! I have a 1976 280z and it is a fun car, but rust has got the best of it.
