The Z06 Corvette in this video is a C5 Z06 making 405hp stock which is not enough to hang with the Ford GT. The C6 Z06 however making 505hp stock is a match for the Ford GT. (two different generations of Corvette) We were all just fooling around, the Lightning thought he would probably beat the Trans Am 0-60 (because of the T/A 273 gears) but other than that we weren't sure. Regardless of whether he was "fooling" around the Lightning is still slower than the T/A in this video.

Exactly what I'm saying give it credit I know the ZO6 is a quick car, it can hang with the Ford GT. The Lightning was just foolin around it knew by only a miracle could it have won.

The Corvette is a C5 Z06 that's bone stock, that means it makes 405hp (since it was 2003 Z06, the 2001 Z06 made 385hp).

However the Corvette in this video has an LS6 V8, same displacement as the LS1 on the Trans Am but it makes 405hp stock.

So you admit the Lightning should lose to both these cars? It did stay within about a car of the Trans Am so by my definition it hung with the Trans Am. It did not however "hang" whatsoever with the Z06.
